PA series

NGM-A12/AG12/A6/A2

PA: polyamide, a thermoplastic resin, commonly known as nylon (Nylon), the material has the most superior comprehensive performance, including mechanical strength, stiffness, toughness, mechanical shock absorption and wear resistance. These characteristics, together with good electrical insulation and chemical resistance, make the PA6 a “universal grade” material for the manufacture of mechanical structural parts and maintainable parts.

  1. High mechanical strength: with good tensile, bending and impact strength.
  2. Good wear resistance: can maintain good performance in the friction environment.
  3. Good corrosion resistance: it has a good resistance to many chemicals.
  4. Self-lubrication: in some cases can reduce friction and wear.
  5. Good thermal stability: it can keep the performance stable in a certain temperature range.
  6. Good processing performance: easy to shape processing, can use a variety of methods to make parts.
